Speed is our priority. All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Our delivery times depend on your location within Lebanon                                   Location Estimated Delivery Time Inside Beirut City Within 48 hours
Outside Beirut (All other areas) 3 to 5 business days

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping are free except when exchanging there will be a 4$ delivery fee.
4. Delivery Attempts Courier Contact: Our delivery partner will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to coordinate the exact drop-off time.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
