We maintain a strict No Refund policy. However, we do accept returns for an exchange under the following specific circumstances:

Incorrect Order: You received an item different from what you ordered (wrong color, or product).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these requirements:
The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear.
Change-of-mind purchases.
Sale or "Final Sale" items.
4. How to Start a Return
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos of the damage, the defect, or the incorrect item received.
Review: Our team will review your request within 3 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
5. No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement for the damaged/incorrect item.
